Areas of applications

Ideal for backfilling and for creating an insulating seal, e.g. when installing windows, filling around doors and roller shutter boxes, filling breakthroughs in walls and other cavities and around pipes and electrical installations. If door frames and windows need to be installed rapidly, we recommend using PRONOVA Quick Foam 2K PU.

Application temperature:	+5 °C to +25 °C
Temperature resistance:	-40 °C to +80 °C (up to 100 °C for short periods)
Tack free:	Approx. 10-15 minutes
Can be cut:	Approx. 40-50 minutes (20 mm bead size)
Foam yield:	Approx. 42 litres, free foamed
Curing time:	Full strength after approx. 24 hours
Standards and tests:	DIN 4102-1 Materials class B2 DIN EN 13501-1 E, normal flammability
