Pronova whistleblower system
Our whistleblower system allows anyone in the company and within our supply chain to alert us to potential misconduct or violations of applicable law or our policies. The system should be used responsibly and misuse for false accusations is not permitted.
The whistleblower who reports an offence or suspected case should not expect to be disadvantaged and is afforded special protection. Reports can be made anonymously or with contact details, and all reports are treated in strict confidence.
After a careful examination of the reports, we will initiate measures to rectify the irregularities if the suspicion is confirmed.
